Is it easy to get a prescription from a Portuguese doctor as a tourist?

Hi,

On Holiday in Portugal for the next few months and was just wondering if it is possible for me to go to a pharmacy/doctor and get them to write me a prescription for propranolol for bad anxiety?

Or do things not work like that over here? When I was in Malta it was easy, so I was just wondering if it is easy here too?
